We want you to be totally satisfied with anything that you purchase from our website. Therefore, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date of dispatch.
To request a refund, first please complete the Return & Refund Request Form which you will find included in the parcel with your purchase. The refund can be made to you by wire transfer or by cheque. We can provide cheques in the following currencies: GBP, USD, EUR. If you are requesting a refund in USD or EUR, we will use the currency exchange rate that applies on the date the refund is issued. The refund will be for the full amount of the goods purchased excluding any delivery charges and processing charges. Your refund shall be processed within 14 days, following the receipt of your returned product and return & refund request form.
Please return your purchase to us in its original packaging and tags with any related accessories and the relevant invoice to us. Please note that we do not accept any liability for items that are mislaid whilst in transit; we highly recommend that any parcels returned to us are sent via registered post and that you retain your receipt until you have received your refund. Please post returns to us at the address indicated inside the parcel with your goods.
**We offer complimentary shipping for return of items purchased within the UK. You will receive a pre-paid return label with your purchase.
If you are outside the UK, please also note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning an item under this 14-Day Returns Guarantee. We also will not refund any import duty, local taxes or other charges imposed by your jurisdiction upon original delivery to you (you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly).
If you are requesting an exchange, the new item will be shipped at no extra cost for the first exchange (for further exchange requests, you will be responsible for the shipping costs). Please contact us first for availability. If the requested item is not available, you will be refunded instead provided you follow the 14-Day Returns policy outlined above.
