| Due to the delay between the time when the order is placed and the time when the order is accepted, the stock availability of any item may change. If an item you have ordered become out of stock before we accept the order, we will notify you as soon as possible and you will not be charged for the item. We have taken every care to ensure that all information on this website is accurate and complete at the time entered into the system. However, due to the inherent nature of the internet, errors, interruptions and delays may occur in the service at any time. Accordingly, we reserve the right to refuse orders where the product information is found to be inaccurate and we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the materials on this website.

| We will not be liable to you or be deemed to be in breach of contract by reason of any delay in performing, or any failure to perform, any of our obligations in relation to the product ordered by you if such delay or failure was due to any cause beyond our reasonable control. This does not affect your statutory rights.
The terms and conditions set out above shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law, and it is agreed that the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the event of a dispute. If any terms shall be found to be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severed and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
